Seized hardware, a worn seal or an adjustment can be repaired; a frame that has lost its tightness or its insulation should be replaced.
Count roughly €450 to €1,100 per window for PVC fitted, €750 to €1,800 for aluminium and €1,100 to €2,000 for wood. The range depends on the dimensions, the glazing and the finishes. Removal of the old frames is included in our quotes, and VAT is at 6% in renovation.
In Wallonia, the grant starts at €40/m² of frame and can be multiplied by 2 to 6 depending on your income. In Brussels, Renolution grants exist under conditions. We check your eligibility and handle the paperwork to present you a quote already net of grant.
No, it is not mandatory. We can prioritise the most degraded frames or the living areas, then phase the work. That said, replacing in one go simplifies the site, harmonises the looks and often optimises the grant budget. The survey lets you decide according to your constraints.
