What determines your Renolution grant amount
For the same heat pump type, two Brussels households can receive very different amounts. Here are the criteria that really matter.
- Income category
Renolution classes applicants into three categories (A, B, C) based on the household reference taxable income. Category A receives the highest grant, category C the base grant.
- Heat pump type
An air-to-water or geothermal heat pump (eligible for the heating network) benefits from higher grants than a simple thermodynamic water heater (DHW production only).
- Age of the home
The home must be over 10 years old to be eligible for Renolution grants. Recent constructions are not concerned.
- Installation by a certified professional
