Dead microinverter or optimiser
On installations with microinverters or optimisers (Enphase, SolarEdge…), a single failure brings down one panel or a group. We locate and replace the part concerned.
Cracked module or hot spot
Micro-cracks, hot spot, burnt-out cell: a failing module drags its whole string down. Visual and thermal inspection, then replacement of the panel at fault.
Roof watertightness fault
Leakage at the fixings or cable entries. We redo the watertightness around the installation to stop the leak and protect the roof structure.

Do you work on an installation you did not fit?
Yes. Our technicians service and repair all brands of inverters, panels and optimisers, whoever the original installer was. Many of our jobs involve installations fitted by others, sometimes by a company that no longer exists.
Can my inverter be repaired or does it need replacing?
It depends on the fault and the age of the unit. Some faults can be corrected (ventilation, communication board, settings); others call for a replacement, especially beyond the warranty or if the model is no longer supported. The diagnosis settles it, and the quote clearly lays out both options when they exist.
What is the response time?
We usually step in within a few days in Wallonia and Brussels. Remote diagnosis via the monitoring often lets us arrive with the right part on the first visit, which markedly reduces the downtime.
Is there a warranty on the repair?
Yes. The labour and the parts we fit are guaranteed, and new components (inverter, microinverter, module) keep their manufacturer warranty. The details appear on your quote and your service report.
