Is a heat pump suitable for my home? +
In the vast majority of cases, yes. The home heat assessment checks your heat losses and your emitters: an air-to-water unit adapts to low-temperature radiators as well as underfloor heating, and air-to-air suits homes without a water circuit well. If an insulation improvement is worthwhile beforehand, we’ll tell you honestly.
Does a heat pump work in very cold weather? +
Yes. The heat pumps we install are sized for the Belgian climate and stay efficient at negative temperatures. The heat assessment lets us choose the right power to cover the coldest days without oversizing the unit.
Are the visit and the assessment chargeable? +
No. The visit for the home heat assessment and the quote are entirely free and with no obligation, everywhere in our service area — including more remote rural towns. You pay nothing until you have approved the project.
Do the grants depend on my town? +
They depend on your region and your income. In Wallonia, the Habitation grant for a heat pump and the 6% VAT apply according to your situation; in Brussels, it’s the Renolution grants. We identify the aid available for your address, put the file together and deduct it from your bill.
