We cover the whole of Wallonia — the provinces of Liège, Hainaut, Namur, Walloon Brabant and Luxembourg — as well as the Brussels Region. The directory above lists our main cities, but we also serve neighbouring towns: provide your postcode for confirmation.
What battery capacity do I need? +
It depends on your evening consumption and your solar production. The at-home self-consumption assessment analyses your profile to size the capacity that’s genuinely useful — oversizing a battery needlessly lengthens the payback time. We recommend the size that maximises your gain, not the biggest one.
Is a battery compatible with my existing panels? +
Yes, in most cases. Depending on your current inverter, we add a compatible battery or a hybrid inverter. The assessment checks your existing installation and tells you the simplest, most cost-effective solution for your case.
Does the battery work during a power outage? +
Only if it’s fitted with a backup function. Not all batteries have one by default: if keeping power during an outage matters to you, we plan for it from the quote stage on the essential circuits.
Are the call-out and assessment chargeable? +
No. The call-out for the at-home self-consumption assessment and the quote are entirely free and with no obligation, everywhere in our service area — including more remote rural towns. You pay nothing until you’ve approved the project.
